What was done:
We built a set of connected Google Sheets to help the logistics team, lab, and managers work together. This system organized everything from receiving orders to shipping tests, conducting lab work, and delivering reports.
Added a customer survey form to automatically pass on information into the system.
Implemented monitoring at every step, with notifications in Telegram for the team about tasks and missed steps, and reports for the management.
Automated the generation of PDF reports in different languages based on client details and blood test results.
Achievements:
Improved customer service by bringing all documents into one system, making them accessible to multiple managers.
Reduced waiting times and human errors by streamlining the request process.
Gave management better insight and faster reaction times by centralizing data and tracking every step with instant reports.
