  • Developed a report highlighting leads that are being processed too slowly.
  • Created a report tracking the speed of lead movement through stages by agent.
  • Built a detailed report showing the stage-by-stage movement for each lead.
  • Developed a summary report on the overall speed of agents’ work.

Achievements:

  • Gained a clear, measurable evaluation of agents' lead-handling speed and quality, which became a key part of the agent reward system.
  • Reduced lead processing time by responding quickly and adjusting strategies based on the real-time data from the reports.
  • Increased agent motivation by applying measurable performance evaluations.
  • This approach allows the company to continuously improve lead-handling processes based on long-term reports on lead quality.
