What was done:
Developed an automated Google Sheet for each agent to create Safari Sales Calculator templates.
The Safari Sales Calculator can be generated from a blank template, from a previously used calculator, or from pre-calculated templates. The final document is stored in the agent’s personal folder.
Set up a system that saves all Safari Sales Calculators in a searchable list for easy access.
Achievements:
Greatly reduced errors from agents using outdated Safari Sales Calculator templates, minimizing financial losses.
Streamlined the creation process, which increased response speed and boosted conversions.
Simplified the reuse of previously calculated tours, with automatic updates for time-sensitive data.
