Project goal: To automate the generation of invoices for payment.

What was done:

Developed an invoice template in Google Sheets that automatically pulls data from the calculations.
Implemented automatic PDF invoice generation and placement within the client’s folder.
Created a system to log each invoice in a registry, along with key details and a link to the PDF document.

Achievements:

Reduced the time needed for generating and regenerating invoices, making the process fully automated.
The invoice registry provides centralized access for analyzing and reviewing all generated invoices.
Automatically placing invoices in the client folder saves time, prevents errors, and ensures all client documents are easily accessible.
