Sheldrick Activity Booking Reminder System

Project goal: To maintain an uninterrupted and on-time booking process for an activity that can only be booked 90 days in advance

What was done:

Created a Google Sheet to track planned visits for the Sheldrick activity, including all essential booking details.
Automated data entry into the sheet from confirmed tour calculations.
Implemented a system that calculates the scheduled booking dates with the activity provider.
Built a notification system via Telegram that alerts:
When activities become bookable as of today.
When newly added activities are already available for booking.
When bookings are overdue.

Achievements:

Reduced the chances of missing or delayed bookings.
Lowered fines and extra expenses caused by booking mistakes.
Improved the speed of notifications to relevant parties.
Made the booking process easier to manage by keeping leadership informed of missed actions.
