What was done:

Developed a Google Sheet for automatic calculation of agent bonuses based on tour sales.
Created a payment scheduling mechanism with automatic sum confirmation and manual adjustment options.
Built a system for approving and issuing commissions.
Generated a report with the current balances of all agents.

Achievements:

The commission calculation process became faster through automatic data exchange with other systems.
Errors in expense planning for commission payments were reduced.
The efficiency of the agent incentive system improved.
Managing and monitoring the motivation system became easier.
