Project goal: Build lead analytics from AMO CRM

What was done:

  • We implemented automatic lead export and updates from AMO CRM to Google Sheets via API (updated daily) with full lead details.
  • Developed a report showing leads handled by a specific agent for a selected period.
  • Created a report on lead sources, including leads with unknown sources.
  • Built a report showing leads in multiple agents’ funnels for further analysis.
  • Developed a report tracking the number of leads at each stage and their movement speed between stages.

Achievements:

  • We now have a convenient Google Sheet with all leads, allowing for easy data searches and custom report creation, speeding up information analysis and business hypothesis testing.
  • Real-time reports quickly identify data conflicts or gaps, enabling immediate corrections to ensure data integrity.
  • It’s now possible to see real-time lead distribution across stages, assess agent performance, and measure company efficiency in handling leads.
