Project goal: Establish the Sold Pipeline in Kommo CRM for sending informative emails after tour purchase and payment to help clients prepare for their trip

What was done:

  • Created an automated notification system that reminds sales managers when and which email to send to the client.
  • Managers receive notifications with email templates to send to clients 90, 60, 30, 15, 7, 3, and 1 day before the trip and after returning home.
  • A shared Telegram chat was set up to notify managers with a list of those who haven’t sent required emails to clients.

Achievements:

  • Optimized client communication during trip preparation, ensuring they received all the necessary information.
  • Improved customer service quality by using standardized email templates, reducing errors and better preparing clients for their trip.
  • Increased customer satisfaction by assisting them thoroughly in getting ready for their journey.
