Project goal: To organize the tracking and management of the company’s cash flow across its bank accounts

What was done:

Designed a Google Sheet system for managing the flow of funds through the company’s bank accounts.
Automated the process of populating the sheets with data from bank statements.
Integrated a feature to link incoming and outgoing payments to sold tours.
Developed reports on customer payments and payments to suppliers.
Created a report to reconcile account balances.
Set up daily Telegram reports on current account balances.
Implemented notifications to agents and management when a client payment is received.

Achievements:

Greatly reduced the time needed to record transactions.
Decreased errors in filling out information and calculating balances.
Enabled quick updates on payments and account balances.
