Goals:

To establish the company’s full presence online, inform clients about its services on the website and other platforms, boost the company’s image, and drive online sales.

Solution:

Developed a website from scratch: Including design, development, and content creation. We built a sleek, functional, and visually appealing website that highlights all of the company’s services, provides complete information on services, pricing, team members, and satisfied customer reviews. The site also reflects the guiding principles of the center’s founder, focused on eco-friendly practices and a dedication to health and beauty.
Convenient appointment system: We integrated a new booking system, replacing the outdated "phone-call and notebook" method with a modern electronic format. Now, clients can easily select services and schedule appointments for available dates and times through a visual form on the website. Clients find it convenient to book procedures online, and management can monitor and control the center’s work schedule. We also solved the issue of overlapping bookings.
Corporate email organization: We set up a mail server and configured email sending and receiving through the familiar Gmail interface, but using the corporate domain @mederis.com.ua.
Google Maps and search engine listing: To attract potential customers, we added the company to search engines and Google Maps.
Website security and performance optimization: For all clients whose websites we develop on WordPress, we set up caching and security systems. This ensures that the website runs quickly, ranks higher than competitors in search results, and is protected from attacks and hacking.
