What was done:
Created a customized version of the Safari Sales Calculator that enables tour cost calculations for various group sizes, with an aggregated summary table.
Implemented a calculation process considering special partner conditions.
All calculated data is automatically transferred to the central tour database (see Itinerary Database).
This document allows for easy creation of a Safari Sales Calculator for new clients, requiring only minor adjustments from the agent to finalize the tour cost.
Achievements:
Eliminated the need for manual calculations of typical tours and yearly updates, significantly reducing management workload.
Various tour options can now be calculated with a single click, speeding up data preparation.
All calculation results are automatically added to the Itinerary Database, reducing errors and saving time on database updates.
This has resulted in faster client response times and more efficient preparation of tour estimates.
The ease of calculation and adding new tours increased the number of available offers, allowing for a wider range of options for clients.
