What was done:

Developed a Google Sheet that automatically populates with all hotels needing booking after tour confirmation.
Created a database of interchangeable hotels to suggest alternatives automatically.
Once bookings are done, the system automatically sends the info to the agent to complete the tour arrangement.
Developed a system to generate booking vouchers and track all created vouchers.

Achievements:

Accelerated the hotel availability check by automating the initial data input and offering alternative options.
Improved the booking process with an efficient voucher generation system.
