Creating a Funnel in a Chatbot for an Online Psychology School

We developed a full suite of chatbots for contact collection, warming up users, webinar invitations, and post-webinar sales. In total, we created more than 15 chatbots and related modules, including:

A chatbot for registering for webinars from cold Facebook/Instagram traffic
A last-minute webinar registration chatbot for the final hour before the webinar
A chatbot that offers a virtual tour of the online psychology center
A system to track and save advertising sources used to enter the chatbot
A lead storage and reporting system in Google Sheets
A webinar invitation system with a 50-60% conversion rate for attendance

We used two platforms to create the chatbots: Manychat and SmartSender, and three messaging platforms: Facebook Messenger, Telegram, and Viber.
